Consulting · A One-Hour Consult

The Sit-Down

One hour. Straight answers. A place to start.

You've got something about recruitment that's keeping you up at night. Maybe it's your application. Maybe it's the conversations. Maybe it's that you have no idea what any of this is actually supposed to look like. The Sit-Down is 60-minutes of me, one-on-one, spent entirely on what's worrying you, from someone who's sat in the basement of 40+ recruitments and watched how rush really plays out.

The Sit-Down — a one-on-one sorority recruitment consult

The Rush Guide Co. is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NPC or any member organization. Recruitment is a mutual selection process, and no consultant or guide can guarantee a bid. This is educational guidance based on the author's experience. Always follow your campus Panhellenic Council's official rules.

What You Get

Sixty minutes, focused entirely on you.

  • One 60-minute one-on-one call, on the piece that's actually worrying you. You pick one of the three reviews from The Debrief, your application (resume, socials, open house video, letters of rec), your outfits, or your conversations, and we spend the whole hour there.
  • The two guides that match your needs, so you've got the full reference after we hang up and you're not relying on memory alone.
  • A written recap with your personalized next steps, so you know exactly what to do next when the call ends.

The Details

What you're actually getting.

How This One Works

The Sit-Down stays anonymous. You get my voice and my read on your exact situation, but not my face. There's too many people who would be mad at me for sharing the information I share. When you want me on camera and in it with you for the long haul, that's what The Debrief and The Direct Line are for.

Who This Is For

The PNM or parent who has one specific worry and wants an expert to weigh in, without signing up for months of anything. Maybe you don't need the whole playbook. You just want someone who's been behind the scenes to give you advice on your exact situation.

It's also for the family that wants to test the waters. Start here, see what an hour with me actually does, and go from there.

What Makes This Different

Most "recruitment advice" you can book comes from a current college student who really only knows their university, or a coach who's rarely, if ever, been on the selection side of the door. I've scored these interactions. I've been in the room after you leave it, 40+ times at universities across the country. So when you tell me what's worrying you, I'm not guessing. I'm telling you what actually moves the needle, from the side most people never see.

Frequently Asked Questions

What you're probably wondering before you buy.

How does the call happen?

Over video chat or phone, your choice, from anywhere in the country.

Do I see your face on this one?

No. The Sit-Down is voice only, which is part of what keeps it the easy, lower-commitment place to start. Face-to-face access is what The Debrief and The Direct Line are for.

Is the call for me or for my daughter?

Either. Some parents book it for themselves so they know how to help. Some want their daughter on the call. Some do both. You decide.

What should I pick as the focus?

Whatever is keeping you up at night: your application, your outfits, or your conversations. If you're not sure, tell me when you book the call and we can go from there.

Can you guarantee that I get a bid?

No. Recruitment is mutual selection, and anyone promising a bid is lying to you. What I can do is make sure you're not making the fixable mistakes I've watched sink PNMs from the other side of the recruitment process.

After Your Hour
