The Rush Guide Co. is an independent educational resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC), any collegiate Panhellenic Council, or any individual NPC member organization.

2. No Guaranteed Outcome

Sorority recruitment is a mutual selection process. Both you and each chapter are making choices throughout the week, and no amount of preparation, coaching, or strategy can guarantee a bid to a specific chapter or to any chapter at all. The information in this guide is based on the author’s experience working with recruitments and her perspective as a sorority member. It is offered as educational guidance, not a promise of outcome.

3. Your School’s Rules Take Precedence

Recruitment policies, procedures, and rules vary by school, by chapter, and from year to year. You are responsible for reviewing and following the specific rules of your college or university’s Panhellenic Council and any chapter you visit. If anything in this guide conflicts with your school’s official rules, follow your school’s rules.
