The Debrief
Three calls to polish everything you've built, all five guides, and a plan for every round.
This is the one most PNMs and parents should pick, and the one they usually do. It's the difference between hoping you're ready and knowing you are. You've done the work: your application's drafted, your outfits are half-planned, you have a sense of what you'll say. These three calls put every piece of it in front of someone who scored 40+ recruitments and knows what actually works. All five guides, me on email between sessions so you're never stuck waiting for the next call, and each call reviewing one part of your prep until you're ready to crush rush week. And parents, this works with you right there beside her, plenty of these calls have three or four of us on the line.

What's Inside
Three calls, one for each part of your prep.
- All five guides, the complete bundle: Application, Social Media, Outfits, Conversations, Pref & Bid Day. My full playbook, yours to keep.
-
Three 1-hour one-on-one calls, each reviewing a different piece of your prep:
- Application review. Your resume, application, open house video, social media, and letters of recommendation, gone through line by line while there's still time to polish them.
- Outfit review. Every look for every round, to help you feel confident and ready.
- Conversation review. What you'll say and how you'll handle each round including Preference (the final, most important round of recruitment) plus a confidence check so you walk in ready.
- A written recap and action items after every call, so nobody's relying on memory.
- Between-call email support, answered within one business day, for the "wait, what did she mean about..." questions that come up between sessions.
The Details
What you're actually getting.
You'll Actually Meet Me
At this level, you get to meet me. Know my name, see my face, so you'll finally know exactly who's been behind all of this. A lot of people spend a lot of energy trying to guess who I am and where I've been. You won't have to guess. We sign a mutual NDA before we start, so what you see stays with you and my name stays a mystery to everyone else, which is exactly how it should be. The internet keeps speculating. You get the actual answer.
Who This Is For
The PNM who's already put in the work and wants to make sure she's putting the best foot forward. You've got a resume drafted, outfits in the cart, a sense of what you want to say. What you don't have is someone who's been on the other side of recruitment 40+ times telling you which parts are working and which parts to fix. That's this. You're not starting from zero, you're getting a professional read on every piece before it counts.
If you haven't started yet and the whole thing still feels like a language you don't speak, that's The Direct Line, where we build it together from scratch.
What Makes This Different
Anybody can hand you a checklist. What you're paying for here is judgment, from someone who scored these interactions and knows what actually gets you invited back versus quietly cut. This isn't generic feedback off a template. I'm reviewing your actual materials, your actual outfits, your actual answers, and telling you what's working and what to change. And because I'm on email between calls, you're never sitting on a question for two weeks waiting for the next session.
One Thing to Know Before You Pick This
The Debrief reviews what you've already built. Three calls, email between them answered within a business day, a professional read on every piece. If you're starting from nothing and need someone to build each part with you from scratch, phone and text in hand all season, that's The Direct Line. One is here's what to fix. The other is let's build it together, and I'm right there with you the whole way.
From Someone Who Knows What I Know
“The level of detail blew me away. Every question I had, no matter how small or panicked, C had a real answer for. Her tools gave me exactly what I needed to trust myself during recruitment.” — Emily, MN
Frequently Asked Questions
What you're probably wondering before you buy.
Are the calls virtual?
Yes, video or phone, from anywhere in the country.
Why do I schedule a call instead of just buying?
Because I'm going to be in it with you for weeks, and I take a limited number of clients. The call makes sure we're a fit first. No pressure, no pitch, just a conversation.
Do I really get to see you?
Yes. At this tier you're on camera with me and you'll know exactly who I am, under a mutual NDA. That access is part of what you're paying for.
When should we start?
The earlier the better, ideally well before recruitment so we can review your application and socials while there's still time to change them. There's a version that works on a shorter runway too. Book a call and we'll map it.
Can you guarantee a bid?
No. Recruitment is mutual selection. What I guarantee is that you won't be facing any of it alone or unprepared.
Not Sure This Is the Tier?
Don't sort it out alone. Book a call and I'll tell you where you land. No pitch, just the same advice I'd give my little sister.
Walk in ready.
