My Story
Built for the PNM who is serious about this.
Most recruitment advice online is either too vague to be useful or so overwhelming it makes everything feel harder. I built something different: the insider playbook, built on what I've actually seen in 40+ recruitment rooms, that tells you what's actually going on and what to do about it.
My Mission
Helping PNMs get into their dream sorority.
The Rush Guide Co. exists because recruitment shouldn't feel like a guessing game. Here's the truth nobody says out loud: not everyone grows up hearing how Greek life works. Not everyone has a mom or older sister who walked through recruitment and can tell them what's really going on behind the scenes. That's an unfair advantage, and I'm here to eliminate it.
I give every PNM access to the same strategic, honest, insider-level guidance that used to be reserved for the people who already had connections. Whether you're rushing at Alabama, TCU, Ole Miss, UT Austin, or anywhere in between, these guides were built to tell you everything.
What I Believe
Grounded in empathy. Rooted in strategy.

Warmth First
Recruitment is stressful, and I'm not going to pretend otherwise. Before I get into the strategy, I validate the stress. This process is a big deal. Your feelings about it are real. And you deserve support from someone who gets it, not someone who's just going to tell you to relax.

The Real Strategy
I don't do vague platitudes like "just be yourself." I tell you what chapters notice that they'll never say out loud, where most PNMs lose momentum without realizing it, and the specific moves that make someone memorable. This is the stuff you'd only know if you'd been in the room.

No Gatekeeping
Every piece of advice in my guides comes from direct recruitment experience. Not Reddit threads, not your roommate's cousin's advice. I've sat in the rooms where decisions are made, and I'm choosing to tell you everything. No secrets held back, no insider knowledge kept behind closed doors.
Brand Promise
I'm in your corner from day one.
From the moment you start thinking about recruitment to the second you open that bid card, I'm here. Think of my guides as a voice note from someone who's been through it, who's seen it from the inside, and who's choosing to lean in and tell you what she knows. Nothing catches you off guard. This is the prep your future self will thank you for.
"Everything I learned working 40+ sorority recruitments, organized into the prep guide I wish I'd had."
Meet the Founder
Let's skip the name.
I went through sorority recruitment as a first-generation college student with zero idea what to expect. Nobody in my family had done Greek life. I didn't have a legacy. I didn't have a playbook. I figured it out the hard way, and then I became obsessed with understanding how it all works behind the scenes.
I went on to become a recruitment analytics expert, and over the years, I've worked in the back room of more than 40 recruitments at universities across the country. I've seen what makes a PNM stand out (in both the good and the not-so-good ways). I know what chapters are really evaluating. I know the small things that most people never think about. And I've decided to tell you all of it.
I built The Rush Guide Co. because every PNM deserves access to this information, not just the ones who happen to know someone. Consider this me leaning in and telling you everything I know.
