Schools & Conferences

Recruitment runs on the same playbook nationwide. And I know the playbook at your school.

Here's something most rush coaches won't talk about: recruitment runs on the same mechanics everywhere. The scoring, the conversations, the way chapters decide who comes back, everything that happen once you leave the room. It's the same underlying system whether you're rushing in the Midwest, Texas, the South, or out west. The details shift from campus to campus with the campus culture. The playbook doesn't.

Forty-plus recruitments in the back room taught me the parts that don't change, and those are the parts that win. As a Midwest girl, the Big 10 and Big 12 schools will always be near and dear to my heart, but the strategy I teach travels to every competitive Panhellenic campus in the country. Here's a few of the schools I'm confident my playbook works at. If your school isn't on here, reach out anyway, I'd love to see if I'd be a good fit.

Big Ten

Big, deep Greek systems where preparation is the whole game, and a conference most coaches treat as an afterthought. Not me!

University of Illinois, Indiana University, University of Iowa, University of Maryland, University of Michigan, Michigan State University, University of Minnesota, University of Nebraska, Northwestern University, The Ohio State University, University of Oregon, Penn State University, Purdue University, Rutgers University, UCLA, USC, University of Washington, University of Wisconsin.

Big 12

Some of the fastest-growing chapters in the country sit here, from Texas and the desert schools into the heartland.

University of Arizona, Arizona State University (ASU), Baylor University, University of Central Florida (UCF), University of Cincinnati, University of Colorado (CU Boulder), University of Houston, Iowa State University, University of Kansas, Kansas State University, Oklahoma State University (OSU), Texas Christian University (TCU), Texas Tech University, University of Utah, West Virginia University.

SEC

The most-hyped recruitment in the country, and the most competitive. Here's the insider truth nobody selling you SEC coaching wants to say out loud: the mechanics are the same ones I know by heart. The stakes are higher, but everything else is identical.

University of Alabama (Bama), University of Arkansas, Auburn University, University of Florida (UF), University of Georgia (UGA), University of Kentucky (UK), Louisiana State University (LSU), University of Mississippi (Ole Miss), Mississippi State University, University of Missouri, University of Oklahoma, University of South Carolina, University of Tennessee (UTK), Texas A&M University (TAMU), University of Texas at Austin (UT Austin), Vanderbilt University.

ACC

A true coast-to-coast mix, from classic Southern recruitment to newer, growing systems. Same machine, same strategy.

University of California Berkeley (Cal), Clemson University, Florida State University, Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), University of Louisville, University of Miami, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), North Carolina State University (NC State), University of Pittsburgh, Southern Methodist University (SMU), Stanford University, Syracuse University, University of Virginia (UVA), Virginia Tech, Wake Forest University.

West Coast & Beyond

Recruitment out west gets almost no attention from rush coaches, and I've never understood why. Systems run a little smaller, but the strategy still works across the region, from the Pacific Northwest down through Arizona and the mountain schools.

Whether you're rushing at Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Oregon State, Washington State, or a smaller West Coast campus, the same prep applies. And I'm one of the few people paying attention to it.

Don't See Your School Listed?

Don't see your school, or rushing somewhere smaller than the names above? That's kind of the whole point: I've seen it all from 60 person recruitments to 1,500+, and I've built my entire approach on the parts that don't change from campus to campus.
