How does this actually work?
You book through Gumroad at least 48 hours in advance and send me your materials when you do. I go through all three before we ever get on the call. Then we hop on a live, voice-only call for twenty minutes, and you walk away with a clear list of what to change and what to leave alone.
Is it video or voice?
Voice only. You’ll hear me, you won’t see me, and yes, that’s on purpose. You already know how this works.
Can you really cover all three in twenty minutes?
Yes, because I read everything beforehand. The call isn’t me reading your resume in real time, it’s me giving you feedback and answering your questions. If one of the three needs the full twenty minutes, we spend it where it’ll move the needle most. You tell me your priority, I tell you mine, and we go.
What do I need to send, and when?
Your resume, your draft of your recruitment application, and a link or file of your open house video (if applicable). Send everything when you book so I have at least 48 hours to review it properly.
What if I don’t have all three ready yet?
Bring what you have. Plenty of PNMs come in with just a resume and a video, or an application that’s only half done. Honestly, half the value is figuring out what to do with the blank spaces.
Will this guarantee me a bid?
No, and anyone who promises you that is lying. Recruitment is mutual selection and a hundred things are outside your control. What I can do is make sure the part that is in your control—your materials—is as strong as it can possibly be before anyone sees it.
Do you do the calls yourself?
Every single one. My voice, my notes, my 40+ recruitments. That’s the entire point.
Is my information private?
Completely. Your materials are for my eyes only, I don’t share them with anyone, and nothing from our call goes anywhere.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Contact me to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Once you have sent me your materials no refunds will be allowed.
